• Payments for administrative fees, certificates, or non-course-related services.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Order ID or transaction number.
• A clear explanation of the refund request.
• Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

• The inability to access a course due to user issues (e.g., poor internet connection).
• Multiple refund requests indicate abuse of this policy.
• Expired refund eligibility period.
